McCabe’s Greenhouse and Floral is happy to support
the community by donating products for charity events and other good causes for local non-profit organizations. Donations are made in the form of product from our store or as a McCabe’s gift card. We try to fulfill as many request as possible based on the amount of requests, our budget and the cause for the donation.
Donation Request
To apply for a donation, please fill out this form completely and attach a letter head of the organization or event flyer. Forms may be mailed or faxed in to our store. Organizations must apply at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the event. You will be notified at least 2 weeks before your event.
